1. Information you give us

When you arrive from one of our Google ads, our website may show a Google forwarding phone number so we can tell which ads lead to calls.

Our internal customer management system connects to our own Google Ads account to read campaign and click information, so we can see which ads produced each inquiry. We use this information only for that purpose, keep it secure, and do not sell it or share it with others. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it to respond to you, complete and support your project, and meet legal and warranty record-keeping requirements. We then delete it or keep it only in a form that no longer identifies you.

7. Your choices and rights

• You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it.
• You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
• You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and manage Google ad personalization at adssettings.google.com.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including restricted access and encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

9. Children

Our website and services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
