Footings and a slab or raised floor, inspected before anything goes up.

Structure, roof framing and tie-ins to the existing building.

Weatherproofing, insulation, siding or stucco, so the new work matches the old.

Electrical, plumbing & HVAC
Full systems for the new space, including the bathroom and kitchen of an ADU.

Interior finishes
Drywall, floors, cabinetry and the fit-out that makes it liveable.

Utility connections
Sewer, water, gas and panel upgrades where the new space requires them.

Inspections & final clean
Final sign-off, then our cleaning crew before handover.
Do you handle the permits?
Yes. We apply to your city or county, manage plan check and coordinate inspections as part of the project. You never stand in a permit line.
Can an ADU be attached or detached?
Both. Our Accessory Dwelling Units can be attached to your home, or we can build a stand-alone, depending on what works best for you and on site restrictions.
What is included in an ADU?
