Strip-out to the studs where needed, with dust control and protection for the rest of the house.

Pan, membrane and backer board done properly. The part nobody sees and everybody regrets skimping on.

Relocations, valves, drains and fixture rough-in.

Lighting, heated floors where wanted, and extraction that actually clears the room.

Large-format tile, slab surrounds, niches and curbless thresholds.

Do you handle the permits?
Yes. We apply to your city or county, manage plan check and coordinate inspections as part of the project. You never stand in a permit line.
Will I see the design before work starts?
Yes. Your NuHome designer builds a 3D model of the space, so you can see the layout and the finishes before anything is ordered.
Are you licensed?
Yes — California contractor licence #1069117, classification B (General). NuHome has been remodelling Bay Area homes since 2011.
Who runs my project day to day?
A dedicated project manager, an on-site foreman and a hand-selected crew. The same people from the first walkthrough to the last inspection.
What does a consultation cost?
Nothing. The in-home consultation and the estimate that follows are free, with no obligation.
