About the project
Full Exterior Remodel
Nestled in the vibrant community of Foster City, CA, our latest construction project exemplifies modern outdoor living at its best. This extensive renovation transforms the exterior of a home, introducing new pavers and enveloping the house in a new layer of smooth stucco, giving a fresh and contemporary look, in line with the recent trends in construction and aesthetic enhancement. An elegantly designed louvered aluminum pergola becomes the centerpiece of a functional outdoor kitchen, fitted with tasteful outdoor tiles. A cozy gas firepit invites relaxation, surrounded by the lushness of newly planted grass, plants, and a state-of-the-art irrigation system, all in compliance with Foster City’s waste management initiatives. New planters and a freshly stained fence complete this exquisite outdoor space, realized by a team of professionals who have adhered to all local building permit regulations, ensuring health, safety, and environmental compliance.
