This newly built, state-of-the-art accessory dwelling unit showcases authentic Spanish Mediterranean architecture blended with modern luxury. The 1,250 sq. ft. detached structure features smooth finish walls , arched doors and windows , and natural stone flooring throughout.
The home’s custom chef’s kitchen and spa-inspired bathroom with a steam sauna feature create a resort-like living experience, complemented by high ceilings , rounded architectural details , and premium finishes at every turn. Every element – from the hand-selected materials to the meticulous craftsmanship – reflects a commitment to timeless design and elevated comfort.
