As businesses throughout the nation and world adjust to the impacts of COVID – 19, NHR has taken steps to protect the health and well-being of our customers and our team. We strongly support the efforts of local health officials and government leaders working to contain the spread of the virus, and have implemented these precautions throughout our operation:
We closely observe any news and guidelines from the local government and the contractor state license board daily.
We have increased the frequency of cleaning and sanitizing procedures within our offices and active job sites. Our entire team and staff have been thoroughly trained to uphold proper hygiene practices under the guidance of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the team is also equipped with the proper equipment, including but not limited to masks, gloves and sanitized equipment as part of and in addition to OSHA requirements.
We are closely monitoring the ongoing public response to this situation in each of our communities, assessing how any local guidelines may affect our employees and customers, in order to minimize any disruptions to their livelihood.
We remain open and it is business as usual! Recognizing that many of our projects began prior to this pandemic, NHR assures that those projects will continue to be a top priority in order to provide the comfort and safety as advertised. Rest assured that while under the latest “shelter in place” state order, NHR has been deemed an essential business and is therefore able to continue to operate as usual to complete your projects. For new customers : With an understanding that your home improvement project might not be a top priority at the moment, we are still interested in connecting with you to address your any and all of your needs. We are currently conducting meetings virtually for any homeowner who is interested in the services we offer and while working remotely, our experienced consultants have all the tools and capabilities to deliver a proposal, permit-ready designs, project development services, technical consulting and more.
And most importantly, continuing to enforce the policy of not allowing employees who are ill or showing signs of illness to come to work or into your homes.
